At Regions, a Private Wealth Management Advisor develops and maintains a portfolio of important revenue generating client relationships within the defined affluent and high net worth market segments utilizing unbiased, consultative advisory approaches and sound personal financial planning and financial advisory concepts.
Teams with the appropriate specialists to provide an integrated delivery of a broad range of wealth products and services including; financial planning, asset management, personal trust and estate planning, insurance and risk management services, consumer and mortgage credit, and general banking services
Requires significant relationship management, business development, presentation and sales skills that establish the WA as a trusted, client-focused, financial partner of affluent clients
Meet revenue growth, profitability and retention goals by acquiring new clients and expanding services to existing clients
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.

College degree and seven (7) years line delivery banking experience preferably in lending, trust investment or wealth management OR,
High school and eleven (11) years' experience in trust investments or wealth management
Skills and Competencies
Excellent sales, negotiation, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Posses effective and proven sales experience
