At Regions, the Investment Operations Specialist provides client and Financial Consultant support. The role will work as a liaison between the client and Financial Consultant to provide account and financial product information.
Responds to Financial Consultant compliance inquiries and escalated issues
Analyzes account information to discover any issues
Recommends best paths for Financial Consultants and clients and monitors for new business opportunities
Responds to client inquiries and requests
Updates and reviews operational tasks
Performs administrative duties such as answering telephones, mailing, filing, and processing forms
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
High School Diploma or GED
Three (3) years of bank brokerage experience
Certifications and Licenses
FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 or 66
Life Insurance License
Skills and Competencies
Strong analyzing, coordinating, organizing, and follow up skills
Ability to research solve complex problems
