At Regions, the Investment Operations Specialist position will provide client and Financial Consultant support. The role will work as a liaison between the client and Financial Consultant to provide account and financial product information.
•Respond to Financial Consultant compliance inquiries and escalated issues
•Analyze account information to discover any issues
•Recommend best paths for Financial Consultants and clients
•Monitor and follow up on new business
•Respond to client inquiries and requests
•Update and review operational tasks
•Clerical duties such as answering telephones, mailing, filing, and processing forms
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
•High School Diploma or GED equivalent
•Three (3) years of bank brokerage experience
Certifications and Licenses
•FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 or 66
•Life Insurance License
