Primary Responsibilities

  • Be the expert. Provide support to your team and our customers by being a Subject Matter Expert.

  • Be a detective. Find answers to issues, do research and find solutions to different customer and banker inquiries. Additionally, help the Team Leader with different call training and quality review.

  • Keep your eye on the prize. Improve customer retention through programs and services provided to the customer.

  • Answer the call. Serve as a back-up to answer our customers’ wide-array of questions while providing an effortless shared value customer experience.

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime under the non-exempt FLSA classification for hours worked in excess of 40 per week.

This position is incentive eligible.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Four years of customer service or production experience

  • Applicants will be expected to pass any assessment associated with the position

Skills and Competencies

  • Effective time management skills

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Computer skills with the ability to navigate various systems

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Ability to make recommendations to customers about different products/services

  • Ability to coach and mentor team members

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes all hours of the contact center

Schedule

*This an overnight shift *

Must be available to work Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM for the first six weeks of employment.

After first six weeks, must be available to work:

7PM Monday – 6AM Tuesday

7PM Tuesday – 6AM Wednesday

7PM Thursday – 6AM Friday

7PM Friday – 6AM Saturday
