At Regions the Treasury Management Implementation Manager will manage product implementation support teams and oversee daily implementation workflow distribution to ensure treasury management products are accurately setup in a timely manner.
Ensure applicable implementation documentation is fully and accurately completed by the field
Work with the field when information is incomplete or inaccurate
Serves as a key escalation point for problem resolution
Recommends staffing levels, recruits candidates for positions and directs in the hiring process
Sets expectations and goals for direct reports, assess performance, administers salary and initiates corrective action
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Bachelors degree and seven (7)years banking experience
Or high school diploma or GED and 8 years banking experience will also qualify
Project Management Skills
Treasury management or operations experience
Two (2) years supervisory/management experience
Experience in commercial card or FinTech, deep understanding of payments compliance and risk, background in technology will be preferred.
