At Regions, the Marketing Area Administrator provides corporate marketing support to associates located in the business unit or geographies across the bank's footprint.
•Internal and external integrated marketing strategies and communications development
•Assist with the management of marketing collateral, sales tools, direct marketing, web content, intranet content, and client communications and tools
•Ensures compliance and branding efforts among the regions are in line with Corporate
•Provides marketing support during grand openings, relocations and de novos
•Manages a marketing budget
•Ensures the Brandworks/Workzone system or in house system used to review all marketing materials is maintained and functioning
•Develops and implements Corporate disaster response marketing to support areas when requested
•Ensure timely communication of product initiatives and create collateral to support market strategy, as well as system change and integration
•May work with agencies for project initiatives
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

•Five (5) years of marketing and/or project management experience

•Ability to handle multiple and small to large scale projects
The Marketing Project Administrator will oversee high level, go-to marketing strategies utilizing our subject matter experts including marketing strategists, media/messaging partners, analytics and campaign analysts. The position will monitor local marketing strategy lifecycle from inception, return on investment to scalability across similar markets.
