At Regions, our Financial Manager leads a team that manages the day-to-day financial activities of the organization.
Controls financial resources and ensures that all financial transactions, systems and procedures comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards
Responsible for financial analysis and reporting, taxation, insurance, credit control, accounts payable/receivable, inventory and costs control, and budgeting and forecasting
Oversees the efficient operation and cost-effectiveness of operating systems and programs
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a directly related field
Eight years finance experience managing large groups/functions
Strong analytical skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
Excellent communication skill
