Achieves branch targets and goals by proactively identifying customer needs and providing advanced level guidance and perspective about Regions solutions
Achieves required levels of outbound phone calls and customer conversations based on the branch’s need to acquire new customer relationships and to expand existing customer relationships
Assists branch leadership with new business development, including educating surrounding community about best practices to achieve and maintain financial wellness and assists branch leadership with new business development
Provides a consistent optimal customer experience, including handling customer’s transactional needs. This may include sharing responsibility for greeting customers and processing transactions to ensure customers bank when, where, and how they want
Ownership and resolution of customer issues
Educates customers on emerging technology and digital solutions such as mobile, online and ATM offerings, all designed to make banking easier
Educates customers on Regions Consumer and Business products and services, including all loan and deposit types in addition to assisting with annuities and life insurance
Refers customers to an internal team of experts when additional financial goals and needs are recognized
Assists with coaching and mentoring junior level bankers
Ensures safe and sound banking practices including adherence to all applicable laws and regulations
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime under the non-exempt FLSA classification for hours worked in excess of 40 per week.
This position is incentive eligible.

High school diploma or GED (College degree preferred)
Demonstrated incentive eligible performance over the past consecutive four (4) quarters
B3 Mastery and completion of Small Business B3
