Regions is looking for candidates committed to helping customers reach their financial goals by understanding and meeting customer needs. In addition to achieving an individual goal, you will also be a leader and coach of branch associates who are assisting customers with their everyday banking needs while advising them on how to attain financial wellness.
The successful candidate should be team oriented and passionate about the growth and development of other branch associates. This individual can quickly adapt and is willing to contribute where needed to achieve the broader branch goals. In addition, this candidate should have a strong desire and determination to meet individual goals.
Achieves branch targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate guidance and perspective about Regions solutions
Achieves required levels of outbound phone calls and customer conversations based on the branch’s need to acquire new customer relationships and to expand existing customer relationships
Provides a consistent optimal customer experience, including assisting with customer transactional needs. This may also include shared responsibility for greeting customers and processing non cash transactions to ensure that our customers bank when, where and how they want
Resolves escalated customer and associate issues, primarily in the Branch Manager's absence. This may include scheduling, counseling associates, and input into hiring decisions
Provides consistent observations, coaching, and feedback sessions to support branch associates’ professional development
Refers customers to an internal team of experts when additional financial goals and needs are recognized
Ensures safe and sound banking practices including adherence to all applicable laws and regulations
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime under the non-exempt FLSA classification for hours worked in excess of 40 per week.
This position is incentive eligible.

- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience leading and/or managing teams
